VELscope
Our office is now adding the VELscope examination in conjunction with the conventional intra-oral and extra-oral head and neck exam. The VELscope is a hand-held device that uses a safe blue light to examine the tissues inside of the mouth. The exam only takes 1-2 minutes and helps with the early detection of oral diseases, including pre-cancer and cancer.
