If you are unsure whether our office accepts your plan, please call prior to your
appointment and our front office will be happy to assist you with any questions.
We will gladly file your insurance claims for you as a courtesy.
Please note- Insurance policies generally only cover a portion of the total cost.
Refer to your plan handbook or online to check your coverage.
It is your responsibility to pay any balance not paid by your insurance company
